Description
Attendees will review a pertinent article and definitions of resilience, gratitude, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Participants will discuss what burnout is and how it can impact podiatric residents.
We’ll also discuss the Resilience Bank Account (Sleep, Exercise, Meditation/Mindfulness, Gratitude, Self-compassion, Connection to others) and explore organizational strategies to help.
