The American College of Pediatric Medicine (ACPM) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our members, learners, volunteers, and website users.

ACPM collects and maintains personal information only as necessary to provide educational programs, membership services, event registration, continuing education activities, and other organizational functions. Personal information is used solely for legitimate business purposes and is safeguarded through reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures.

ACPM does not sell personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with service providers, accreditation bodies, or other entities as necessary to deliver services, fulfill legal obligations, or support educational activities.

ACPM maintains the confidentiality of all records in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ACPM complies with all applicable privacy and accessibility requirements, including but not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), where applicable.
