Dr. Vincent has been within the federal services for nearly 7 years. He obtained his undergraduate degree at St Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX and then received his podiatric degree from The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (now Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine).
Dr. Vincent is also a proud member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. He is one of the first podiatrist in his tribe. Dr. Vincent started his career serving the Muscogee Creek Nation Healthcare system tribal facilities as the Director of their wound care program and Indian Health Services. In addition to his regular podiatric duties, he helped supervise the high risk diabetic foot program, facilitate wound care system-wide
After, he joined the Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System at the Muskogee, Oklahoma location, Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center. Dr. Vincent was the first surgical podiatrist for our system, became the podiatry lead for his department, and helped set up the high-risk foot program (P.A.V.E). The services include outpatient, emergency services, inpatient, and surgical services.
